Q. How do I get started?
Book a trial class, pay trial class fee ($15 - judo gi is included in first trial class fee), and show up to your booked session.
Q. I enjoyed the trial session. How do I continue?
You don't need to fill in trial form again.
Pay training fee before the next session: $15/session. Make sure payment is made at least 48 hours before the session.
If you need to rent a judo gi it will be: extra $7/session. You can rent judo gi for maximum 3 sessions including the trial session, after that if you decide to pursue judo further you should purchase your own judo gi.
Show up to the next session.
Q. Where can I buy a judo gi?
You can buy from any store you like, or from us (starting $90 depending on sizes, brands, thickness etc). White gi is encouraged for beginners however blue is also acceptable.
Q. I have a BJJ gi, is that acceptable?
For training purpose at the club, judo gis, BJJ gis, and thick aikido gis are acceptable.
For formal tournaments and activities, only judo gis are accepted, additional standards and requirements might apply.
Q. Do you have children classes?
Our classes are only for adults and university-age students. The minimum age we will accept is 16.
